We are not liable for any unsatisfactory results, including but not limited to:

• Visual artifacts or technical imperfections in images/videos.
• Failure of the AI to follow specific prompts or instructions.
• Subjective dissatisfaction with the artistic style or quality.

3. No Refunds

Since the generation process consumes computational resources (tokens/balance) at the moment of request, no refunds will be issued based on dissatisfaction with the AI-generated output.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the service provider be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service.

5. User Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for the use of the generated content and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
